8 Weeks of Mental and Physical Anguish
Last night I was talking to a friend of mine and he said he wanted to lose 10 pounds by November. I’m also interested in losing weight and one of my other friends who was there said he could lose some weight, too. On top of that, my brother is big into Wii Fit, as he mentioned in a post a long time ago when he first got it. After remembering seeing the website Thiscityisgoingonadiet.com, I decided to try the same thing.
So, for the next eight weeks (until the beginning of November), I’m going to track the weight loss for anyone that signs up. So far we have three people signed up.

I will post an updated tracking as often as I recieve updates. To sign up for this, please send me an email here or comment below with your current weight and how much weight you want to lose. Then send me emails as you go along telling me how much weight you have lost. I will keep everyone anonymous. Also, I will try to regularly post articles about weight lose to help everyone out.
